Josh has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both as an independent landman and an in-house landman.  Along with his experience in title examination/interpretation, lease acquisitions, title curative and due diligence, Josh has extensive experience in all areas of surface negotiations, including management of entire drilling schedules for clients.  Josh is a member and former President of the Panhandle Association of Petroleum Landmen (PAPL), a member and former Director of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and is a Texas Notary Public.
