Josh has 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both as an independent landman and an in-house landman. Along with his experience in title examination/interpretation, lease acquisitions, title curative and due diligence, Josh has extensive experience in all areas of surface negotiations, including management of entire drilling schedules for clients. Josh is a member and former President of the Panhandle Association of Petroleum Landmen (PAPL), a member and former Director of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and is a Texas Notary Public.

Collin is an Amarillo native and graduate of West Texas A&M University, receiving a Bachelors in Business Management and Masters in Professional Accounting. He has over 11 years of oil and gas industry experience and specializes in all aspects of title work. Collin began his careeer in 2003 working as a Contract Landman for William P. (Scooter) Harris, specializing in title work and lease negotiations/acquisitions in the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles, Western Oklahoma, the Hardeman Basin, as well as performing land work in Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. In October 2009, he began working solely for Canyon Exploration Co. focusing on their non-operational drilling program based in Oklahoma. At Canyon, he became familiar with the pooling process of Oklahoma and managed three separate drilling programs consisting on 20-25 wells per program. Collin also assisted in the management of individual mineral interests managed by Canyon, which consisted of reviewing leases, bonus offers and negotiating the best offer for the client. During this time, he became qualified with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission as a Land Professional to testify at Commission hearings. Collin is a Certified Professional Landman, a member and former President of the Panhandle Association of Petroleum Landmen (PAPL), a member and former Director of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and is a Texas Notary Public.
